    Indeed. They had to subdue all of Europe, Africa,
    north and south America, Asia(except the mideast,
    Afghanistan, Mongolia, and China), and Australia. As
    Christianity/the west is still working on the mideast,
    can we really say that Christianity has "simmered
    down"?
