In Swedish we say "extropian" (pronounced like "indian"), which works
but sounds like a weird native group somewhere (the unusual rites of the
extropian tribes of the California archipelago? :-). Extropianism is
also identical, but feels rahter heavy. The extropian principles becomes
"de extropiska principerna". Transhumanism also works as a direct
    borrowing.

The real problem has always been what to translate "transhuman" into.
"Transmänniska" sounds very much like a transexual, "mermänniska" is a
rather literal overman and has the same vibes. Some use the term
transhuman, but it does not work well. Posthuman is usually said as
"postmänniska" and works, although it does give the feeling that they
    work for the postal office.
