Somebody's working on biochemically hydrolizing water,
ergo you wouldn't be carrying a large propane tank, just
a tank of water... so why would you consider that dangerous?
Or were you referring to a propane based service center?
Personally, I'm not a fan of wind (or river and wave)-based energy
production. It has the potential to seriously screw with
weather climates and environments [stagnating climates downstream
from the plants]. I prefer the biomass stuff (purified alcohol from
mash),
solar (cell and furnace), and geothermal...
Technically, the Solar Furnace is my all time favorite
[parabolic mirror array using steam to turn a turbine].
