    What happened when they were approaching the year 0?
    Was it an early version of the Y2K problem? Did they

    I have heard this all my life, but it's never had the
    ring of truth to it. Not only can money buy happiness,
    it isn't even particularly expensive any more. A few
    hundred bucks can get a few hundred megabytes at over
    a couple gigahertz these days.
