It is still valid, because they buried it. Every one of their other
shows, they break the transcripts up by segment if it is a long show
with lots of segments. If it is a short show, they describe every
segment at the top of the transcript.
This show was a long show and they described every segment at the top
of the page BUT the one with Wayne LaPierre. This is as illegitimate as
a corporation burying a tort lawyer in millions of pages of corporate
records so that the lawyer can't afford to sift through it to find the
ONE page of evidence that he needs for his case. If you don't admit
that its there, then it discourages people from looking for it.
They also, by the way, manipulated their site search engine to
specifically NOT find that interview, and the transcript also cannot be
found by public search engines. If you do a search with their site
search engine, the most recent reference to LaPierre it finds is over a
week prior to that interview.
These are specific and overt acts to manipulate the public's ability to
ascertain the truth, and as such is journalistic fraud.
