Regardless of how deep the bunker is there must be a way to get in and out. If you can conjure up a magical devise that tells you where all the warheads are within a foot or two, and you’d need one to aim your neutrino beam, then I can too and use it to find all the exits and blow them up with conventional (and cheap) bombs.
