John Clark stated:
<<Regardless of how deep the bunker is there must be a way to get in and out.
If you can conjure up a magical devise that tells you where all the warheads
are within a foot or two, and you’d need one to aim your neutrino beam, then
I can too and use it to find all the exits and blow them up with conventional
(and cheap) bombs.

The technology appears to be very far down the line, but in no sense,
magical. Even
if you disparage the entire concept, which may in fact be worth disparaging;
you will need to take up the argument with the physicists who proposed the
concept in the LANL archives. Indeed, these are physicists, and not just
shmoes off the street talking about The Force, or 7 of 9's tits, or some 15
year old with a way-cool scifi website.
And, that is the critical difference, because this was a serious paper, and
not just aficionados blathering back and forth on an email list. I mean this
in a non-cyncial sense, but you or I need to correspond with the Professors
in Hawaii to obtain a definitive response to your well-placed criticisms.
