So first off, don't do the amphetamine thing.

Secondly, CRON is hard if you include things like Whoppers in the mix. I eat
1500kcal/day and find that I'll get hungry if I include any significant
amount of modern/fatty/rich/processed/sugary food in that mix. What I do
    eat:

    1) 1/2 - 1 cup /day of a cereal like grape nuts or (much better) go lean
    crunch.
    2) vegetable and tofu stir fries (easy to calculate calories by the bowl)
    3) vegetable fried rice (again with tofu)
    4) rice, bean and vegetable dishes
    5) supplements (including fibre supplements)
    6) apples
    7) a lot of water; 6 cups a day is good; dehydration will do the mental fog
    thing for you too.

I don't get hungry or fatigued on this diet, and can eat a modest amount 3
times a day within the 1500kcal limit. It also allows a lot variety within
the form. I would get hungry if I substituted 1 burger into the mix for the
equivelant amount of rice, I suspect.
