    I note that a couple of times they cite studies condemning "margarine and
    vegetable oils", but as they note farther down hydrogenated margarine isn't
    the same as unrefined olive oil, for example. And the Masai and Eskimos
    probably get a *lot* more exercise and just how long do they live, anyway?

    ...which isn't the same as our grain-fed dairy cows, as gts keeps telling us.

    which gets back to "what are we trying to optimize?" Note the current
    American diet does seem to be good at pushing our girls into puberty early.
    Whether that's good is another issue.
