I mentioned the mail order sources for natural meats to Greg only to help
him clarify his position about meats.

I don't personally have a problem with select cuts of lean meat from my
local grocer, especially fish and fowl and shellfish. I'm very picky about
my beef, however, because it tends to be excessively fatty from being
fattened on non-paleo corn. I buy only the leanest cuts of beef and then I
trim whatever fat I can see. I then marinate my steaks in extra virgin olive
oil and red wine. The olive oil helps to restore a more natural ratio of
    omega 3 to omega 6.

It's worth noting by the way that farmers fatten their cattle by feeding
them non-paleolithic grains. This strategy works well for fatting humans as
    well.
