    This really depends on what you mean by "healthy". Cutting back
    farther and farther will slow your aging rate more and more (to a
    limit) but also comes with reduced libido, potentially reduced immune
    function, slower healing of wounds, feeling cold all the time, and
    apparently crankiness as well.
