    I find it quite interesting that most of the evolutionary diet
    posts on here are justifications for eating more meat. Are
    people really claiming that our ancestors did not eat
    significant amounts of fruits and veggies also? Many fruits are
    excellent sources of several vitamins and minerals. So why the
    over-emphasis on meat? This hardly seems scientific.
