Yes. Or more specifically, I, the original copy expresses a strong
preference for 1A over 1B. The duplicate copy has no strong preference
either way.

I don't care either way. I see no effect on the original in either case. I
see no basis to prefer one over the other. It would be cool and interesting
to have another twin, but it makes little difference to me.
