Sheesh Rafal. Are you not reading my words? I stated that selegiline
slows the progression of PD *symptoms* (not the progression of the
disease itself). This is the most important finding of DATATOP regarding
selegiline. We should at least be able to agree on that much!
I defy you to make any meaningful distinction between "delaying the
appearance of symptoms" and "slowing the progression of symptoms."
