Good grief, *special* order? The damned thing came out in trade paperback
less than a year ago. Paper publishers and their conglomerate distributors
really are running themselves into a hole in the ground.

I just got "The Spike" in hardcover in the mail from Amazon.com, for only
$5.49 (plus $3.49 shipping and handling!)... my boss if fighting me for
'dibs' on first read!
