Its heeeeeerrrreee! The January issue of Sky and Telescope, along

I had an odd experience: I always buy the January issue of S+T for
the skygazer's almanac that comes with that issue, but I know one
must act quickly for that issue sells out in a week. I also know it
always shows up around the end of the first week of December,
so I went around to all the major distributors looking for it today,
Fry's Electronics, Borders, Barnes and Noble, etc, no luck. Then
I went to the local *grocery store* for bananas, and *they* had it
of all things. Annnnnd... they had only one copy. Which I purchased.
Go figure.
