I definitely want to say this: This is EXACTLY the type of thing I was
asking about - descriptions of what people have been doing nutritionally
and health wise that have shown results. Exactly the kind of thing I was
looking for.
I like hearing these ideas on exercise and nutrition - now, to get talking
about that space thing....
