Could be, Alex. I know of identical twins where one was Canadian and
the other wasnt. You never know, tho, the non-Canadian mighta just
been *saying* he wasnt Canadian. He went to a religious revival or
something where they convinced him it is possible for one to become
a naturalized non-Canadian, even if one had been one. spike
