    Well I don't quite know about tha point :) I agree all the way up
    to "genuinely be a bad person"; how about harmful person? He's
    a bad (evil) person has generally been used way too frequently
    as a good reason to off people... Mostly because said people
    don't think like you do :)

    I'ld say the line is crossed a lot earlier than that;
    when u start killing (or causing the death of) people.
    And not just by choice of method (nuclear weapons),
    or by scale (genocide).
