It seems there are some cities in Germany that bemoan upgrading their
infrastructure because they did not have the good luck to be bombed to
smithereens during the war (and therefore rebuilt afterwards by the US).
Here's a new theory: Countries in need of development attack the US
because they want us to bomb the hell out of them and rebuild them
afterwards... ;)
