In addition to the design process (which includes patent and tech
databases), the man's biography itself is one of those inspiring stories
that I love to see from time to time to remind me that the most important
asset we all have is our own selves. This guy Altshuller spent time in a
Soviet labor camp, but instead of letting it kill his spirit, he used it as
a learning experience. Victor Frankl is another such inspiring person.
