Some people just have this belief that space should
be for everyone, which rules out relying on small
crews exclusively unless and until everyone can be
small enough (for instance, via telepresence, since
the robot does not scale with the size of the user).
Yes, the physics would make it more convenient for
small crews only. Slavery used to be more convenient
for the slave owners. And there are those who will
morally equate the two concepts.
