I noticed the annual September single topic special
edition of Scientific American is about human augmentation.
I haven't read it, but there is one bioethicist arguing
that it is ethical for us to augment our brains, if we
can give everyone equal access. (We can't, but thanks
for the blessing anyhow.) Has anyone studied that issue?
