    ### You are absolutely right here.

    ### But I am different. I really want global competition for everybody,
including myself, because I know this will make us all rich, and I also
think this is the right, moral thing to do, to peacefully compete, rather
than use leftist, class warfare sophistry to justify the use of force to
stop e.g, me from hiring an Indian transcriptionist and giving my patients a
    better value for their money.

This why I am for abolition of the licensure requirements for physicians in
the US, even though I know that in the short term this could reduce my
income. Let the Indian, Canadian, German and other doctors come here to
compete, or even give consultations, read scans and do surgery by
telepresence. This will make health care cheaper, and better, without a
single dollar taken from working people in taxes.
