Yeah I saw that interpretation (the more probably one) after I posted
hence the follow up post A Possible correction etc. I won't repeat what
I say there here. Its still there :-)
But note what happens if you see the OR applying to more
or less of the whole sentence and the second comma as just
punctuation for a breathing space.
