    I haven't been keeping up with the threads on this, but have noticed a
    number of pro-futures-market articles. Perhaps the initial negativity
    was what the idea needed to insert itself into the memesphere. A ho-hum
    response wouldn't have generated as much interest.

    Afaik, _Earthweb_ is still in print; I've been recommending it to people
    when discussing PAM.
