    Considering the mods they get done, it shouldn't be hard (no pun
    intended) to embed a vibratory device powered by blood in one's sexual
    organs....

    Then again, I can also forsee a new SF myth: that vampires are
    posthumans who have too many embedded devices for their own bone marrow
    to supply, and so must harvest blood from others...

    On the contrary, since your entire blood supply will power a 100 watt
    light bulb, imagine being a luminous technicolor cowboy on the rave
    dance floor, strobing and blinking your pounds away...

    What would be needed would be a fuel cell that can burn fatty acids instead.
