Just so it is on the record -- I do not consider Hubert's recent
comments to be A.H. attacks. IMO, he was expressing his distaste
for the paths of my thinking. And perhaps reasonably so (many
know I can step up to the plate in the "distasteful thinking"
world series). In self-defense I would offer the fact that
there is value in "outside of the box thinking" and that
corporate executives must engage themselves in thinking that
way from time to time (if not continuously).
I think Anders and some others reviewing my comments may have
understood this (and have contributed to taking the discussion
to a deeper level).
I have responded to Harvey offlist in an effort to explain
where there may be misperceptions.
