What is WASTE??? If you haven't been paying attention, it is a
encrypted file sharing and chat program that a subsidiary of AOL let
out under GPL but then tried to retract. I'm not entirely sure of its
security (it does use a key size over 1500 bits), but perhaps Harvey
can comment on it.

WASTE was commented on in slashdot recently, haven't seen anyone
declare any security holes or weaknesses.
