I don't see why not. The use of ants and other insects
to build things has been highly underutilized. Im not
really thinking about mechanical ant-bots, but actual
ants, which we have managed to control by some means,
in such tasks as recycling materials, in cleaning the
internals of machines, in carving intricate and otherwise
unmanufacturable shapes from within, for instance.
