In response to the recent Supreme Court decision
regarding the federal requirements for library "porn"
filtering, here is what we can do:
Put porn on everything - as in...
"porn, porn, porn, porn
porn, porn, porn, porn
porn, porn, porn, lovely porn"
(To the tune of Spam, Spam, etc., from Monty Python.)
If every person or company who dislikes the idea of
having the feds blackmail your local library with
moneys stolen to begin with from the very people who
will be "protected" from porn, breast cancer info,
penile cancer, STD info, and the millions of other
non-porn sites that will reliably be blocked responds
by simply putting a few choice words in their text -
e.g., Dick Nixon, or "Here, pussy, pussy, pussy.
Here's your milk." - and a few photos of
Michaelangelo's David or "The Rape of the Sabine
Sisters," (including title), hidden behind a blank
image if you're afraid of offending customers, etc.,
then pretty soon the filters will be blocking
virtually EVERYTHING.
Pass it on.
