    How do you know that this was the reason?

    For the record, there were only three posts in the "Cluster Bombs"
    thread, two by Amara and one by Ron.

    I think that Harvey then renamed the thread to "META: Dishonest
    debate (was "cluster bombs")". This began an lengthy discussion.

    How do you know that he knew that?

    Sigh; you can't *know* such things?

    Darn! I just stumbled upon Hal's analysis at the time. It is at

    http://forum.javien.com/XMLmessage.php?id=id::cAM1LFJZ-DgYr-Sho@-YXIk-AV4yf05DaxhG

    wherein he criticizes both sides. All my work above for nothing <sigh>.

    Ron and Harvey: please listen to Hal. He's not on anyone's side
    (like I frequently am). And in all the years people have seen
    his posts, I don't think anyone could suggest any reason for him
    to fail to be impartial.

    Thanks,
    Lee
