    If we compare the nutrients per calorie in a slice of whole wheat bread, as
    a fine example of a common product of agriculture, to just about any wild
    game meat or vegetable, we see that calorie for calorie, it rates very low
    for nutritional content. Do you really disagree? If you do then show me why.

    Dairy products also rate poorly. Cheese for example is typically about 70%
    of calories from saturated fat.
