What's the problem? Haven't you people ever looked these terms up in the
dictionary before? Sheesh!
Seriously, everyone should look these words up in the dictionary. Don't
trust just one dictionary, look in as many as you can find. Don't look for
just one meaning you like, read every single possible meaning. Don't just
look at modern dictionaries, find older ones and look in the etymology of
the word to verify historical accuracy.
And when you've finally convinced yourself that you really understand what
these English words mean, decide if you are at heart a "conservative" or a
"liberal".
