    Not the vehicle itself of course.

    It is the proverbial smoking gun.

    It represents the lengths and sophistication to which Saddam went to
    hide his WMD program. If the labs exist and are mobile then why not the

    Stockpiles?

    Hiding the stockpiles or moving them to Syria may have been
    the modern day equivalent of the Nazis attempting to dismantle the
    Concentration camp gas chambers before the allies arrived.
