A couple of years ago I went reading in nutrition journals in the UCSF
library. One article was on pigs being fed different diets, and this
affecting their fat composition. I think humans fed the different pigs also
reflected changes, but I'm not at all sure of that part -- might have been too
small to try to detect.
Eggland's Best eggs claim more omega-3 in their eggs, from a different diet,
although free-range brands haven't been echoing the claim.
