A long list of dos and don'ts doesn't help much as a diet plan. There
need to be a weighted index of some sort.
If running for 45 minutes a day expands your life expectancy by 10% and
all the rest combined only adds 1%, it will be far better to just keep
jogging and disregard the rest.
Well naturally I just caught those numbers out of the air.
But that some scientific result shows a correlation does not mean it is
important or practical in everyday life.
I will need some pretty fucking serious scientific results showing that
grilled T-bones are about as poisonous as Plutoniom before I stop eating
them!
Even then I would hope that there is some kind of unkown side effect of
large amounts of beers that would eliminate the effect, and still take
the chance.
Quality of life is more important than length of life for me. If we are
talking about a few percents life expectancy anyway.
