Apparently you missed my qualifiers.
In terms of natural foods and the natural ratios between those foods, (i.e.,
excluding non-paleo diet patterns, including use of supplements and
medicines), the natural paleodiet *is* the optimally healthy diet. As I've
stated numerous times, Eliezer, this is NOT to say we should not deviate it
when we have clear evidence that doing so is beneficial.
