Is this a claim that our paleo ancestors did not understand,
were not around and did not use grains and legumes that grow
wild? It is my understanding that hunter/gatherers eat anything
that does nto sicken them that they can naturally process or
find a way to process. I also find "evlutionary science" a very
curious and over-inflated construct when it comes to what is the
best diet for us. Much "evolutionary science" is a mixture of
true science and quite a bit of untestable or untested guesswork
    and speculation.

I don't accept any arguments myself based upon pseudo-scientific
claims hinged on the authority of science without being
    sceintifically fully verified or verifiable.
