It could be mistaken though. In other words, Paleolithic peoples might
have been different in a lot of relevant ways from modern
hunter-gatherers. In short: modern hunter-gatherers might be more like
decivilized moderns than like precivilized Paleoliths. We must be
careful of reading too much into extant societies and generalizing back
in time. How would we test this?
