My two were homeschooled throughout. (They're now 15 and 18). As for
topics, it's easy. Whatever they're interested in, whenever they're
interested in it. You'll find it's first physical, touchy-feely things.
Then they'll go mad for stories, fantasy, music, art etc, then they'll
start getting into facts and figures. Then they start driving you mad
wanting a lot more input than you can possibly provide, but it gets to
be a lot of fun at the same time.
There are some marvellous organisations that can help you; one of the
best is Education Otherwise, I thing their website is
www.educationotherwise.edu but I am not sure; I'm sure it's on google.
