It may take me forever, but I eventually get to things that I should do. The
various webmasters of transhumanist and transhumanist-interest websites
don't talk to each other enough or in a common forum. Promoting more
cross-talk and more collaboration to extend, enhance and improve our
community is a goal for the coming year. Eventually, this will lead into my
plans for a Grand Distributed Transhumanist Online Information Replicator of
some sort. For now, we just need to better tie the threads that hold our
online community together -- because it makes expansion easier.
Anyway, since my work and the Longevity Meme have been keeping me busier
than I'd like (and since people have been prodding me about declarations of
intent made earlier in the year), I have taken the intermediate first step
of creating an access-by-approval yahoo group for transhumanist webmasters.
We should be chatting more. Things will come out of a forum that are of
mutual benefit to sites at all points on the power-law distribution of
traffic, one would hope.
