    MaxPlumm@aol.com quotes Damien S.:
"The State Department's report on human rights came out yesterday, and Human
Rights Watch said "it's a fine report, but is the US guided by it the other
364 days of the year?" Sometimes we speak up, sometimes we don't. We isolate
Cuba, but trade with China, which I think is a worse regime."

    Max and Damien,
Has anyone noticed that in the latest rating of the richest people in
the world that Fidel Castro rated right up there close to the Queen of
England? Castro is a multi billionaire.
Where did that money come from? Did he skim part of all that Soviet
aid he got to prop up the Cuban Communist Regime? Is that the reason he
wants to trade with us? If Cuba has no money then we would have to sell on
credit -- it would be disguised foreign aid. Would Castro continue skimming
    off the top?
