    This is the third official announcement of the Secretary of PUKE
    (Professional Uplifting Killing Experience):

    Last night the German secretary of defense said in a talk show: "I am no
    secretary of war, I am a secretary of peace." You see, Germany is an
    absolutely hopeless case by now as far as war business is concerned.

    As a DUMP (Dangerous Undisclosed Military Pacifist) I must say I
    feel a tiny bit of satisfaction - not pride though - to live in this
    country.
