    Berlin. There is another historical precedent that may be of some relevance,
    for the last 400 years or so Arabs have proven to be incompetent soldiers,
    they have triumphed on the battlefield only against other Arabs. The
    casualty rate in this war must be at least a thousand to one in America's
    favor, so at least so far there is no evidence things will be dramatically
    different this time. But of course in war you never know.
