It is immoral to buy now oil from Saddam - he use it for wmd and palaces.
New democratic administration of Iraq should annul all contracts of Saddam.
They should quickly privatize the oil industry (and other sectors). I think
they can earn anough to build a master state and society that can slowly
unite the Arab world (similar to EU) and connect it to the globalisation. I
think America and ally can help, as in post-war Germany or Japan.
I think the new governement of Iraq can't do nothing against France and
Germany (for supporting Saddam). First - the oil companys are transnational;
second - they can buy oil from OPEC/Russia (but I am not expert).
