The label is much more sophisticated than it appears.
You trip off a sensor whenever you approach that nails
your location the first time. (It's at least heat+plus
something else, as you'll find if you try sneaking up
on them in a raincoat.)

Not yet, but TPTB are working on it. Right now it just
says "spike WAS here".
