The sci-fi/comedy genre is one which I expect will be
an upcoming favorite, as we have seen a resurgence of
comedy/drama in the past several years. A sci-fi
comedy which I saw on a plane recently surprised me
that I had not seen it discussed on extropians: s1mOne.

I howled at this film, funniest I have seen in years,
my favorite since As Good As It Gets. Extra treats
in this: extropian themes (well, sorta), Winona Ryder
playing herself, complete with sly references to her
legal troubles, Al Pacino playing a good guy, kind of
a wimpy good guy at that. I thought I would wet my
    diapers laughing. spike
