    Dr. Singer is the Sun Life Financial Chair in Bioethics and Director of the
    University of Toronto Joint Centre for Bioethics and the Program Director of
    the Canadian Program on Genomics and Global Health. He directs the World
    Health Organization Collaborating Centre for Bioethics at the University of
    Toronto. He is also Professor of Medicine and practices Internal Medicine
    at Toronto Western Hospital.
