My numbers are taken from the Pentagon and don't include normal pay or
readiness costs for the units. See

As of February of 2002, deployment had cost around $4.4 Billion.
Total 2002 costs were expected to be around $10.2 Billion. Add in
pre-2002 and post-2002 costs and you get over $15B.
